Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Moonshift app or this website. By using Moonshift you agree to them. Questions: support@getmoonshift.com.

What Moonshift is

Moonshift is a desktop app that fills in and submits job applications on your behalf, on your computer, using the information you give it. Moonshift is not a recruiter or staffing agency. We do not promise interviews, replies or job offers.

Your license

  • A license lets one person use Moonshift on one computer while the license is active.
  • Do not share, sell or publish your license key, and do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app.
  • We may suspend a license that is shared or used in breach of these terms.

Your responsibilities

  • Make sure your profile, resume and answers are accurate. Applications are sent in your name.
  • Follow the terms of each job site you use. Some job sites limit or do not allow automated tools and may restrict accounts that use them. You decide which sites to use and you accept that risk.
  • Do not use Moonshift to send misleading applications, to apply on behalf of someone else without their permission, or in any unlawful way.

Early access

Moonshift is in early access. Features may change, and job sites change their pages often, so support for a site can stop working until we update it. We work to fix problems quickly but cannot promise that every site will work at all times.

Payments and cancellation

  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If Moonshift will not run on a supported computer, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will fix it or refund you.
  • We will tell you in advance before we change the price of your plan.

Disclaimer

Moonshift is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, and we are not responsible for decisions made by employers or job sites, or for actions a job site takes on your account.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to Moonshift is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date above and let customers know by email. Continuing to use Moonshift after a change means you accept the updated terms.
